The 2011 Dover OSC Craft Show

Needs YOU!

The Dover Officers' Spouses' Club needs volunteers to help at the 28th Annual DOSC Craft Show held Saturday, November 05, 2011, at the Delaware State Fairgrounds. 

Anyone and everyone can volunteer!  Volunteers will get FREE coffee, juice and donuts; FREE admission to the Craft Show - including the chance to shop one hour before the doors open. 

Listed below are the volunteer positions needed:

VOLUNTEER JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

Perimeter Security:  Direct shoppers to appropriate entrances and exits. 

Runners:  Check on vendors to see if they need a bathroom break or food break.  Runners do not conduct business on the vendors behalf but merely watches the booth in the vendors absence.  2 hour shifts starting Saturday at 8 am.

Information Booth/General Assistance:  Greet Vendors, volunteers, guests who need directions to various locations within the craft show.  2 hour shifts starting Saturday at 8 am until the end of the craft show.

Admissions:  Places wristbands on shoppers throughout the day as people enter the craft show.  2 hour shifts starting Saturday at 8 am until the end of the craft show.

Off-Loaders/ Up-Loaders:  Assist vendors with loading/unloading their merchandise.  (You do not set up or break down the mechandise).  Friday shift 2:30 pm - 8:00 pm and/or Saturday shift 5:00 am - 9:00 am.

Clean-Up Crew:  Make sure there is no excessive clutter left once vendors have packed up and left.  Saturday afternoon shift.
