Come meet Chef Brandon where he will discuss and prepare the menu. 
After the cooking demo it's time to eat!

Appetizers:
Salad, Bacon Wrapped Scallops, Thai Chicken Wraps, Fruit and Veggie Platter.

Entrees:
Beef Tornados with Wild Mushroom Demi and Italian Sausage and
Escarole in Parmesan Broth with Orchetta.

Dinner will be served family style so you can try both entrees! 

**The restaurant is booked for us and us alone.  The chef needs to have RSVP's no later than FRIDAY NOVEMBER 13th.  RSVP's must be accepted or cancelled by this date!  No shows or cancelations after Nov 13th, will be responsible for payment in full, payable to DOSC. 

Childcare will not be provided for this event
