Thank you for visiting our website and for your interest in applying for charitable funds from Dover Officers’ Spouses’ Club. Funds to support the charitable and educational activities of the DOSC are raised through the operation of the DOSC Craft Show held the first week of November each year. It is our pleasure to distribute these funds to deserving charities.
The DOSC Welfare Committee meets the fourth Monday of the month; therefore, all requests must be received by the Monday prior to be considered for funding.
To assist you in your application for funding, please consider the following:
Funds cannot be given to individuals
Funds can only be given to nonprofit organizations, schools and military organizations
To assist us in evaluating your request, be specific as possible. Ask for an exact amount of funding. Give us as much information as possible about the program you want us to support and how it will directly affect the community. If you are asking for a specific item, or items, give us the exact cost, where it can be purchased, and what it will be used for. (Our funds are limited so we may have to choose which items we are able to support).
