Scholarship Press Release

The Dover Officers’ Spouses’ Club (DOSC) is offering scholarships to Dover Air Force Base families with high school seniors and other family members pursuing higher education. The DOSC will be offering up to 14 scholarships ranging from $1000- $2000 each, totaling approximately $20,000. To be eligible, the applicant must be a dependent of an active duty, retired, or reserve military member, or the dependent of any deceased military member or dependent of any civilian government employee residing in the area served by Dover AFB. Applicants may not receive scholarships from the DOSC two consecutive years in a row.

Applications are available at the guidance offices of most area high schools, the base Education Office, the base library, The Landings, the base Community Center, or you may send a written request to: Dover OSC, Attn: Scholarship Committee, P.O.
